Morrisons
Our first project for Morrisons was to visit 355 stores throughout the UK to install a rollout out of over 1100 internal signs over a three week period working only at night, when the stores are closed but become a hive of maintenance activity.
We quickly realised the importance of a reliable computer-based system to track the enormous range of individual signs and their place in each location. Basing our approach on the facilities of our Design Studio, we developed a printed catalogue illustrating and identifying each individual sign. This was so successful that it has now been adopted by Morrisons as the official signage guide for survey and installation work for Morrisons staff and signage contractors and is regularly updated and distributed by Ashleigh.
Since that time, Ashleigh have become established as a leading supplier to Morrisons of high quality signage, delivered on schedule and installed to the exacting standards of this very successful market leader. We have completed nine new-build stores and are currently working with Morrisons to install signage packages averaging over 1000 signs per store.
